SHARPIE-MY-CAR KINDNESS PROJECT

We pledge kindness! And we do it by signing my car.
It’s a doozy. (Yes, folks…this really is my car. It was given to me in a time of great need, by my son, last Mother’s Day – and I can’t tell you how grateful I’ve been for it over the past year. So I’ve decided it’s time to share it…with you.

DATA BASE/ACTION CARD SYSTEM
The Moment of Kindness foundation has created an Action Card/Data Base System. Think, technology meets random acts of kindness!
There are a lot of Random Act of Kindness groups out there that we want to join hands with. As we build the data base and begin to distribute cards, the act of recording the act of kindness online and passing the card on will cognitively reinforce the act…and lead to more kindness, and then more. If you want cards, please let us know!! We’ll be happy to arrange to send you some!!

Our vision is to combat bullying with a positive community based forum that encourages people to engage in acts of kindness that lead to a strengthened culture of kindness

WHY KINDNESS?

Kindness:

  • Changes the culture
  • Increases Self Esteem
  • Increases positive hormones in the system
  • Decreases bully actions
  • Decreases victim responses
